What This ‘Terms of Service’ Covers

If you use the TogBlog.me web-site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (‘Terms of Use’).

Basic Terms

1. You must be 18 years or older to submit contact forms on this site or register to participate on TogBlog.me.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your name or User ID.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, should you register for participation on TogBlog.me.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other TogBlog.me users.
5. You may not use TogBlog.me for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, profiles and links (‘Content’) that you submit, post, and display on TogBlog.me.
7. TogBlog.me can be used by both amateur and professional business photographers alike. Users may register with their brand name, business name, actual name or nickname but must represent themselves.
8. You must not attempt to – or in actuality – modify, adapt or hack TogBlog.me or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with TogBlog.me.
9. You are not permitted to download, scrape or otherwise rip the content from TogBlog.me or it’s sub-domains. Only official search engines with web-sites that offer search capability of indexed content (i.e., Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK, Yandex, Rambler, etc.) are permitted to crawl TogBlog.me and it’s subdomains. Users violating this will either be temporarily or permanently blocked. User Agents, IP Addresss and other forms of identification may be used for such blocking purposes.
10. You must not create or submit unwanted email (‘Spam’) to any TogBlog.me members.
11. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
12. You must not, in the use of TogBlog.me, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Posting photos that you do not own the copyright to or that you do not have the appropriate licenses to do so is expressly prohibited on TogBlog.me.
13. Any loss of, or damage to, data on TogBlog.me is not the responsibility of TogBlog.me. Use of this service is at your own risk.

Specific Terms

1. While we appreciate that fully nude photography is photography, we do not permit such photos being uploaded, posted, shared, sent or otherwise transmitted on or through TogBlog.me. This is at the discretion of the site owner.
2. You may not copy content from other web-sites or from e-newsletters and paste / post that content on TogBlog.me. This does not pertain to content which you have written and posted elsewhere, however, originality here on TogBlog.me is encouraged and requested. We recommend that you write a 2-3 paragraph comment in your own original words, for the sole purpose of posting on TogBlog.me. We will make all efforts to protect copyrighted materials, but TogBlog.me is not responsible for the infringement by it’s members.
3. You may not post links (in any form) directly or indirectly to downloadable software.
4. You may not link to, either with a text link or through iframes or embedding, any chat rooms or conference rooms.

Violations and Consequences

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination (or banning) of your TogBlog.me account or banning of your IP Address. While TogBlog.me prohibits such conduct and content on its site (as laid out under Basic Terms and Specific Terms), you understand and agree that TogBlog.me cannot be responsible for all Content posted on its web-site at every moment in time and, despite our best efforts, you may be exposed to such (prohibited) materials and that you use the TogBlog.me site / service at your own risk.

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the TogBlog.me web-site / service for any reason, without notice at any time. (It is our intent to keep the site live at all times and indefinitely.)
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. It is the responsibility of site visitors / members to regularly view the TogBlog.me Terms of Use on a regular basis, for material changes. What is a ‘material change’ is at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or site access to anyone for any reason at any time.
